Component or Not Component thats the ?
I have a 2003 Civic ex and I want to put in new speakers and headunit. Im working on a budget right now of about 600, i'll do a sub later. The most important thing is, is that it sounds clear. I like bass but not to much. So back to the original question i was looking a various speakers and I dont know if I should get components or not. I kinda want them b/c then they take advantage of the stock tweeter mounts and if i get coaxials im not going to take advante of them. Is it a big deal. Which would be better for me and my budget? Is there going to be a big difference in sound, between the two?

Rep Power: 0 I just upgraded my system. I bought the Alpine CDA9807 for $226, I was looking at Infinity Kappas, but my budget ran out so I bought the Infinity 605cs, $120, and I have Kenwood 6x9s, $50 in the back all powered by a JBL P80.4 Amp $150
Total Cost: $546 + Tax = $591.05
Sounds clear as hell. For my bass I had an RF 10" and it's going to do fine until my next paycheck
