Hifonics Zeus Z6000 A Good Amp????

Hey everyone, I finally found an amp that I think will power my JL Audio XR650 Component set and later on, a pair of infinity 2-way 6x9 speakers. The HiFonics HiFonics Zeus Z6400 4-Ch amplifier. The specs are 4 x 85 Watts @ 4 Ohms, 4 x 170W @ 2 Ohms, 2 x 350W @ 4 Ohms. I can get it for less than $250. What do you all think about this amplifier? Or do you all think that I should go with Hifonics top of the line 2-Ch amp and just connect the rear 6x9s to the HU? I would really appreciate your help. Thanks!

WhiteRabbit is a glorious beacon of light

we have a z400 here powering 2 sets of XR's, that hifonics line is pretty decent. by far will outperform anything by earthquake, jbl, clarion, pioneer and the like.
