Side tweeter pods *searched*

I searched but didn't really find an answer. Has anyone had any luck buying tweeter pods from their Honda dealer? If so, what is
the part number? I called Honda and the guy was totally confused when I said I wanted to buy tweeter pods that come stock
with the EX for my LX. If there are any aftermarket dealers yet, please post them. Thanks!

They don't call em tweeter pods...I am pretty sure. Those triagle pieces are called "Garnishes."

I have a sedan and broke one while putting my stereo in. I somehow ordered the coupe garnishes with the holes for the tweeters. I haven't checked to see if I ordered the wrong parts or they sent me the wrong parts. Anyhow, I may be interested in selling them to you for cheap as I can do nothing with them.

Mbow is right, dealer calls them garnishes, but my dealer had no problem figuring out what i'm talking about. tell them you are looking for the speaker garnishes for EX civics, they also seem to call the tweeter a speaker. they told me that the pods cost approx $13 each for the coupe ( i dont know if they are the same for the sedan )

This is partly true. I accidently ordered the coupe garnishes. Well, the numbers on majestic's site don't match the numbers on the invoice so I can't say what happened. Anyhow, I have had them for over a month and finally decided to take one out to the car and see what happened. They will fit and snap into place but don't fit quite like they should. The connector for the power mirrors is right where the hole for the tweeter is and takes up most of the space behind it.

Anyhow, I have 2 of these for sale and will let them go cheap because I can't do anything with them.

$12 shipped

Here's the pic from Majestic Honda, if anyone needs it. Part #'s for the Left and Right Garnishes are: 374976 & 374987. Not sure if these matches the dealer part number or not.

You could always get some tweeters that are flush mountable and join the tweeters-in-the-doors club.
