have anyone her put infinity 6953i 6x9 on their car? and would the fit our car w/o any other modifications

i have those exact speakers in the rear of my 2001 EX Coupe, and in order for them to fit at all i had to remove my trunk springs completely. i ended up using something similar to Grey's DIY Trunk Struts to replace the trunk springs, so it all worked out fine.

i love the speakers, btw, they have held up well and they sound great using my Alpine CDA-7894 HU w/ its internal 60Wx4ch amp.

I had them, and the fit, but hit the trunk spings...they fit perfectly in my girls Altima though! [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]

what about the mb quart DKC 169 and DTC 169, would the fit w/o hitting the trunk springs

besides the 3 speaker that crutchfield say that fit, what other speaker can fit
