6X9 Speakers
If price matters then I think MB Quart might be outta the question. Infinity makes good stuff. So does Diamond Audio. I would look into diamond audio cause they have quality speakers at a reasonable price.
What I would strongly suggest is that you get 6.5" conversion plates for you 6x9 speakers in the rear. I think 6x9's are for american cars. 6.5's are generally cheaper (assuming you get the same brand).

Personally I would do components up front on an amp, 6x9s in the rear off deck power.
In my car thats how I have it, and I still have the fader +7 towards the components for the imaging to work right.

i will never reccommend anything but DDw6's for any powered rearfill application........ never....

at $152 a pair, its still fairly competitive considering price. Considering performance, they will blow those others out of the water.
