Out of those 3... IMO I've found that the Bostons have the best sound. Assuming you are putting RMS power into them.

You are just going to have to let your ears decide. I don't think boston is quite on the same level as the mb's and diamonds.

If you like bright and crystal clear tweeters, go with the quarts. Quart is known for quality. You get a 1-year warranty with the speakers themselves and a 3 yr warranty if the shop installs them. I have had a set of the 5 1/4 quart components, a set of 6 1/2 quart components, and just recently bought a 3rd set of 6 1/2 qm quart components.

I haven't listened to the diamonds so I can't compare them to the quarts.

Most don't like quart because of the tweeter so you want see them get recommended much around here. Plus, I don't think they have that "cool" factor that is associated with some of the other brands. Quart is pretty much a straight-forward, no B.S. type of company. They have been on the market for a long time, have won numerous awards for outstanding quality, and are one of the best brands in speakers on the market.

In the end, it comes down to personal preference. Only your ears can tell you what is right for you. However, seeing the 3 brands you are choosing from, it is kinda obvious what your ears like imo, and I would recommend the quarts. You can't really go wrong with any of the 3 though...just don't think the boston's have quite the same level of quality as the other 2.

If you do go for the quarts, get the psd series or above..
