I have a Pioneer 9300 and its been great to me until like 2weeks ago I look down and there are 2 bright colored thin lines on the display.. one horizontal and one vertical?? so I started to freak but with a little bit of messing I fixed it.. it wasn't connected good enough I guess?? haha well I go on vacation come back and my mom has been driving my car and took the face off a couple times and now the lines are back but they will not go away and the Vertical line is in a different spot now? PLLLEASE HELP!!

Yeah I would have them repair it, before it either dies completely or if nothing else becomes worse where the display blinks out.

who would I send it to? the company I bought it from or Pioneer?

Where did you buy it from?.. Contact them and ask..be sure you still have the receipt

As far as returning it, I would check with the store first because they may just get you a new one. If you send it to the manufacturer, they will generally refurbish it and send it back to you. I'd prefer the new one. Lastly, who installed it and did you use a harness? I remember a similar situation in a friend's car where they grounded the deck to the headlight turn-on (because the wire was black, FORD), and the screen would
flip out every now and then.
