Rear Seat Amp Install

Here are the Pictures at last, sorry for the delay. If you need any explaination on any of them let me know. I wish I made a DIY when I installed it but I can help you with any of the details if you decide to go the way I went.

Amp On Seatback
How the Amp was Secured to the Seat
Seat Folded Down with Amp Controls in Easy Reach from the Driver's Seat
Picture from Outside the Trunk

The Rest of the Pics from my Car

The wiring could have been a little neater but after 2 days of work in a 40 degree farenheit garage I didn't have the energy to straighten them up any better. This location leaves about 2 feet of excess 4 gauge power wire free and 2 feet of extra RCA cable. Both were 16 feet long to start out with. I thought about running them inside the seat, it is possible, but I didn't want to start cutting up the seatback. I didn't want it to be too showy, only functional, and this install does that. I hope this helps.

if you ever get teh ***** to do it, you cna cut a small slit on either side of teh amp and run yoru cables THROUGH the seat, routed to under the rear seat.

even more stealthy and slick, to avoid that tangle on its way to the trunk......
