blown component speaker
i have infinity kappa 6 1/2's... the left speaker is blown (i did a continuity test).... the right one is fine, and both tweeters are ok.
now, can a blown speaker be repaired or is it garbage? also, i can't seem to find my warranty card, what are my options here?

There is a chance that you could have the speaker fixed by a local shop...but IMO your best bet is to just replace the speaker with the identical one...or switch out both of them with higher end stuff if you weren't pleased with the sound.
Either way mise well rip that thing out...and if your not in a hurry im switching out my front speakers and would sell you them for cheap if your interested...i have the 6 1/2 infinity's also.

If you bought from a shop only a month ago just head back over there and tell them....most likely there going to remember you or can pull up your sales order.
Warrentee card is just used for manufacturer...the shop will cover ya if there respectable.

i think the speaker was actually damaged by water (today it was raining and i can see water dropping directly onto the speaker thru the closed window.... so guess what happened today.... my right speaker cut out too... but both tweeters are alright, so i'm sure it's the water.... i unscrewed the right speaker and it was SOAKED. can they be repaired or are they garbage?
