I thought the info was really useful tho, i've been wanting to replace the front speakers and haven't gotten the courage to do it. It really doesn't seem to bad, and with the power door locks, it should be easier to pop the door panel off.

I like all the pics - they will really help when I am ready to do my amp and speakers. I am all for as much info as I can get!

I agree, the sound deadening that he layed down seemed awfully sparse. It would be a better idea to cut out smaller pieces/strips and cover more comprehensively than he did in his pictures. Not lay down a few big chunks of sound deadener.

hi, super nice DIY!!

what kind of glue you guys use to glue back the factory white sheet on the front dool panel?

for fatmat, we need to first remove the factory white sheet on door panel, then apply fatmat on door panel, but then, how do I glue back the white sheet? what kind of glue do I use?

thanks

OMG, I was just thinking that when I scrolled past it to your post, LT.

Damn. . . even if one WERE to use Dynomat, use the Xtreme. Coverage needs to be only about 1/4 of what he's got. Easier to apply (less of it) and does a better job. The pics were extensive, some of them a bit extraneous, but I do believe he was trying to cater to those who have never even touched a car before.
