Screws, wires?...
ok i need help
im mounting 2 12 inch subs in a sealed box what screws should i use to mount the subs its 8 screws a sub
in MDF (3/4 i thick i think)
and both subs can handle 600 watts a peice and my buddy gave me 8 gauge speaker wire and said it should do good for the cup terminal to the speaker is this good?
what gauge wire should i use ?
and my speakers have slide on connectors...can i use the connectors w/ 8 gauge wire?
input plz guys this is my 1st diy sub install so i wanna do good...not Funk up

use bolts if u can, if you cant, use the bigest screws possible, and the 8 guage will work, allthough its probably overkill 12 guage is fine enough. you can solder it onto the speaker terminals, just make sure you use a heatsink so you dont fry anything your not supposed to.
