I just got some Logitech Z-560 4.1 THX computers, and man do they get loud. They get louder than my car speakers?????? What can I do to get more volume in my car, because when i turn the gains up past a certain point I hear little crackling sounds coming from the speakers.

what frequencies get louder in general?

The 90 watts your amp supplies should be good enough for the focals..cant see why the computer speakers get louder...what are your crossover settings?

I turn the gains up passed a certain point and i hear little crackling sounds, it is driving me nuts so I turned the gains down. I used a gain setting CD and turned the gains up until i heard the frequency change, but the speakers would crackle when there was no music playing.

my friend had crackling too on his polks, they key is the get an amp

yeah i was very unimpressed w/ my infinity components till i put an amp on them... now they sound crystal clear
