Where are your subs installed? You could put the amps in the floor and cover them with some fiberglass in a little enclosure. Use some neons near the amp to give it some color. A Custom fiberglass sub enclosure would be sweet.
My subs are behind the back seat.
I think that the amps needed to be on the open were there is some good air circulation.
What about the system what is the best for the money? I want to have the same brand equipment.

my vote for a very showy fiberglass install is to remove the rear seats and refinish teh entire back of the cabin, carpet up till teh sub encosure, which is molded fiberglass.
amps under the floor under plexy, or mounted on teh side of the trunk, or mounted on the trunk hatch. tho you would probably have to get rid of the trick trunk kit.....
use yoru imagination!

If you want to stay with the same company for all of your stuff i would go with JL amps/subs/speakers, you'll have to find deck though. A little pricey but would make a nice setup.
I think i want to do it my self, I just got a quote for $5k to do all the things that you suggested ( no equipment included )
That's ridiculous

Function over form dude.. just built an MDF baffle that form fits to the cutout in your trunk. Dump the rear seats entirely and put in a 6 point roll cage
