SUBS HARD OR SOFT???

i have two 12s in a sealed 1.25 enclosure......when i push one sub in with my hand...it feels loose and goes in easily..but the other one....feels really hard when i try to push it in?? do you guys know why it is like this???

could my sub on the right be fried?? but it doesn't sound like it....could it be i am missing a gasket... cause i just replaced one ...and i forgot to put the gasket ...but that shouldn't make too much of a difference should it??

please help...thanks..

It sounds like you have a hole in the box that the sub is moving to easily in and out of.

Are the subs sharing airspace? Like he said above, if they have ther own space, then possibly there's a leak in the softer one.

yeah it just sounds like the side with the softer sub needs to be resealed.
