Component Mount/Amp Help

I'm new to DIY car audio. I bought some Polk EX2560Component Speakers, they got here today. I was wondering, how should i mount them (in front) and i read some other component threads that said you should get an amp for them, so you don't blow the tweeter...What is a good, yet inexpensive amp that i can wire myself? I've got the the stock deck right now, but I'm planning on getting a Clarion 700 series once i get ahead on my car payments....thanks in advance

If you have an EX, mount the tweeters in the stock tweeter pods and put the woofers in the door in the stock spots. You won't blow the tweeter if you don't amp them, I dunno who told you that. You'll need an amp because the stock deck won't put out enough power to run those comps. I'd recommend the MTX 6152 . You can pretty much wire any amp yourself, it gets complicated with higher wattage and multiple amp setups. Just buy a decent wiring kit and pair of RCA's and your set.
