Does anyone know the difference between an AGU or ANL fuses??

ANL Fuses are larger wafer style fuses and can have much higher ratings than AGU fuses. AGU fuses look similar to the lightbulb in your dome light.

Generally just get a fuse equal to the fuse ratigns on yuor amps...

So if my amp has 2 X 15amp fuses put a thirty in?

Put a 60 amp fuse in.. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] It doesn't really make a difference if something does short even a 200 amp will blow very quickly. But a 60 amp fuse has less resistace than a 3o amp fuse.
