I want to get an IDMAX, and carmedia1 is on 5-6 week backorder... Mohawk, you said you got it from mmxpress, do you know how long it would take to get one in cause they have a good price on it too. I have a JL 500/1 amp, and i know i will be underpowering it, but i've heard it will be ok since they don't need much to get them movin', plus i like the 1 sub idea, saves room and all. Any imput on this would be appreicated. I just don't want to wait till July for my stuff.

I just got mine after a 5week from MMXPRESS.com.. so their backordered too. Pretty much everywhere with a good price is backordered on them. 500Wrms is plenty for that sub. Preliminary results in my car with 1 IDMAX and 600Wrms Is about as loud as my single EVO-R was with 1100Wrms. so I should be hittin abotu 141-142 with a single 12 and 600Wrms..

It is an awesome sub.

I have mine in 1.5 cu.ft sealed. I'm building the box to fit the second one in this weekend.

so, do you just pay for it and they send it whenever or do you wait till it is in stock go pay? just curious cause i have never dealt with backorder before. by the way, you are an animal for having 2 IDMAX's =)
I hear they are incredible!!! i had 3 Idq 10s before this, and i love image dynamics so i am psyched to get this next.

I Only have 1 hooked right now though...

Basically pay now...wait..and they ship it when they get it.

Or you can call them....make a downpayment. of 20% and pay the rest before they ship it.
