Any pics of custom eclosures
Hey everyone im lookin to do two JL 10"W3's w/ a JL 500/1, any suggestions for designs? If anyone has pics of their trunks, lemme know, not sure what i want so anything will help. Thanks.

Rep Power: 0 Here's a very simple design. link These are 12s. I plan on putting Infinity Kappa Perfects instead of those MTXs. This is off the topic but...this box is 4.0 cubic feet sealed with 2.0 each sub. Anyone know how the Perfects would sound in this box giving 400 watts each sub?

Rep Power: 0 how about glassing an enclosure for each sub to fit the free space on the left and right had side of the trunk, the pocket area. that way you wouldnt waste most of the trunk space with a regular box.

Rep Power: 337 id love to se someone do a modified spare tire well install, where each sub is installed by the strut tower, at a slight angle facing out, with the magnet sticking up. that would be %&$*ing sweet.
hell, anyone have a car they wanna donate to the cause? Ill build anyone here a FG box for the fun of it, the glass is free (i have a spool) you pay for all teh other parts and drive up, and build one up! i can do just about anything with fiberglass [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG] and if anyone here wants to learn how to use it in teh process, tahts easy enuff too =D

Rep Power: 0 Yeah i built the box with MDF and just painted it with the same stuff you use on your interior pieces so it turned out pretty sweet. yeah it actually neither just an off brand that i got from www.partsexpress.com. i need to go pick up some carpet and glue it over that so it doesn't look so bad i just haven't gotten around to it yet. the trunk is solid but now i think i have to take off my spoiler and fill it with something cause it rattles like crazzy..
