Have you thought about getting a JBL bp600.1. They put out 300 watts at 4 ohms. And if that isn't enough, you could always run it at 2 ohms for 600 watts. They're inexpensive and selling for ~185 on ebay, ikesound.com (check out their ebay site its usually a little cheaper), and a bunch of other sites out there.
