When people make customer pieces like trim pieces or panels how do the get the same texture and colour match?? I'm thinking for the texture you could use a clay or something to take the texture from and then transfer it to your piece. But say on your custom piece how would you match the colour properly?? Is the paints that match or what??

Usually it's not paint..it's Vinyl...

if you want to use paint you can go to a automotive paint supply store and they well have interior paint that well match the stock interior color
