6x9 speakers recommendation

crutchfield shows that only 2 models out of 45 that they carry fit the coupe, but i doubt this because there is plenty of mounting space for the rear deck so any 6x9 speakers should fit, right? i'm not looking to spend a bundle on speakers, so please give me some recommendations. thanks.

edit: oops, forgot about the i.c.e forum.

first off try the ICE forum, but anyhow I would suggest Focal's (which are costly) otherwise try alpines or eclipse (decent price). I know the eclipse's are a little bit less than the Focal's and they both sound amazing

when it comes to 6X9 i always reccomend Infinity Kappas, they have bright clear sounding reproduction of music.

as long as they arent deeper than 3 1/3 inches, theyll fit, much deeper and you have to force it to fit. just dont get the new pioneers with the rim style grille, they are waaaaay too deep.

focals are great but they don't make them in 6*9 for the polyglass, polykevlar, or utopia line you must mean polyflex 690 HC which is still good. They do make them for components in all the various classes.
