Pone location with double din HU
Well as the title says, wondering what people are doing with their phones that they have hooked up to either the HU or car charger if they have a double din HU. Just installed a pioneer AVH-4100NEX Hu and lost the litle cubby where i used to put my phone. Being it's a larger phone, more a phablet (god i hate that word) it doesn't fit well into either of the cup holders. So what are people doing, some sort of mount right there by hu? Standard window suction cup holder?

I use a ram x-mount I stick on my windshield. Either that or the little center console pocket next to my e-brake. When I'm feeling especially lazy, I just toss it either on my passenger seat or in front of my instrument cluster

The little center console pocket? More wondering how i could have my phone in there yet still be connected via usb to the HU unless you have a wire ran to it.
