MB Quart Discus Series...

Are the MB Quart DSC216 6.5" components and DKC169 6x9 any good? A local shop is having a sale and I am considering purchasing them. Also, what is a good 4 channel amp to power these speakers? Currently, I have a Pioneer DEH-7300. Will this HU power these speakers sufficiently or do I need to get an amp right away? Also, will these speakers mount perfectly in an EX?

I have both of those & those & my sub are handled by a 800 watt 5 channel amp. They sound excelent! A little harsh @ loud volumes sometimes, but other than that,
