Front 6.5, rear 6x9, at least that's what it is in my 02 ex coupe. Mind the shallow mount depth though. I had to Dremel out some to fit my alpine 6.5s (spr-17c's. I'm too lazy to open up my profile) up front and had to remove my trunk springs to fit my infinity reference 6x9s (again, lazy. I think they're infinity reference 9623i's) in the back.

Sedan is 6.5" fronts and rears
The coupe has 6x9's in the rear.
I believe mounting depth for both front and rear speakers is just at or under 2.5"

It's a but more than that for the 6x9s. I only needed another .1-.25" to fit the rears
