so my rear window works just fine from the switch on the rear door, however I am not able to raise or lower it from the master switch on the front door. I have researched this issue for the past few hours and haven't come upon anyone else with this exact issue, it seems like most people can't raise/lower the window at all, whether from the switch at the window itself or the master switch.

I have downloaded a few diagrams/repair manuals that others have posted in similar threads but frankly do not understand electric testing etc very well so am a bit overwhelmed.

anyone with any knowledge of an issue like this and have a good jumping off point for a novice to start at?

So the driver's switches work just fine for everything else? Windows, door locks, etc. How do the wires look between the door and the main body of the car? i.e., in the crack (lol)? That's a likely area for any wires to become damaged since they are moved around a lot.

yes, everything is fine at the master switch except the rear driver side window is non-responsive. I am hoping it's more of a disconnected wire or bad/fouled contact situation since the master switch is fine for everything else. the good news is I am able to easily reach back and manually raise/lower from the rear door switch, it's just slightly embarrassing and does not node well for future sale or trade in value hah
