How hard is it to replace keyless entry system?
How hard is it to replace keyless entry system?
My friend has a 2002 Honda Civic Coupe EX I believe. The remote entry remote (keyfob?) is worn out and missing buttons. But I believe it was dealer installed just not the same type that I see on amazon/ebay etc. SO I was thinking of just installing a new system all together. How hard is it to install?

No it's not difficult, finding the wires is the most difficult part.
Does it look like this:

Just buy another fob and program it. Simple and done.
