So I finally received my new control board for the lcd and after checking the polarity of the barrel connector I plugged it all in after wiring it to the switched 12v from my radio harness and it all works perfectly! As soon as I turn the key the monitor and android device power up. I still have more fabrication to make the lcd bezel look better and I am also adding more components soon to run RCA sound from the device to a 4ch amp.
