Well, I got my Focal 165V Polyglass components and will be installing them Sat (hopefully) along w/ dynamat in the doors. Hope all goes well cause I'm sick of the stock sound in my front

How much did you get your focals for and where? My friend has a set and their freakn Awesome, I plan to get a set too...

I got em from thezeb.com they have really good prices and they know their stuff. Chech out the site. I was talking with the guy for about 1/2hr on pro's + cons. I highly recommend them and the shipping is done 2-3 day delivery and it was like $12 or something for shipping, well worth it. So far with my mods (limited) this place has been the best and I would buy from them again I give them way up

did u install the components yet? How do they sound running of the head unit?

nope not installed yet cause the focal depth is too great. I was at the shop today and I have to wait another week appointment on Tues 21st at 1:30 for install. The placce I'm getting them done at is really nice and they know their stuff, problem they found is that my speakers will be pusing against the door panel grill so in time the speaker will rub and eventually tear. They would sound ok, but they didn't want to install them for fear of later probs. I'm gonna try to find a solution otherwise I'm gonna step down the the 136V cause those will fit.

As I've said about installing mine before...you have to shave the speaker grills...there's little crosshatch braces to them on the bacside of the door panel..you gotta shave off where they'll touch takes about 45 minutes for both doors..a dremel tool works wonders for this...
