4 Gauge to 0 Gauge input (output)
4 Gauge to 0 Gauge input (output)
Hey, I'm in the process of upgrading my big 3. But I've ran into a considerably small problem.
I have this

on my positive battery terminal. It has an output for 4 gauge, 0 gauge and (2) for 8 gauge.
Problem is I'm using the 4 gauge for one amp and the new cable I have for the big 3 (positive to alternator) is also a 4 gauge. But there is only one 4 gauge output. I've heard of wire reducers (0 gauge to 4 gauge) but how would I go about securely fitting the 4 gauge wire in the 0 gauge output?
In short: Do they make anything for a 4 gauge cable to fit into a 0 gauge socket?

just cut a bit more of the sleave from ur 4awg wire and fold it in half. stick it in and you'll get a nice tight fit.

have you tried to put the 4ga into the 1/0 spot? the clamps I've used in the past would still tighten down enough to clamp a 4ga in the 1/0 spot. otherwise, do what sleepy said.
