keyless entry
keyless entry
Hello I'm sorta new to the civic world. My wife bought her first car a 2003 honda civic ex a few years back from a mechanic. Recently the driverside door lock somehow would not turn anymore when you put the key in. Since she wanted that fix she preferred to have a remote open the car instead. I've been doing some researched and heard that these 03 civic ex actually came stock with keyless entry. I was just wondering if is that right or wrong. Am I getting misinformed or the information was actually right. If it's right where can I purchase a remote for my vehicle.
If you think a good mechanic is expensive, try hiring a bad one

Re: keyless entry
EX in the USA came with keyless from the factory. All you should need is fobs and program them to the car.
#16, should include a pair of remotes, I believe (I bought a replacement for my moms car, it included 2 remotes at that price). Part #72147-S5A-A01
