Just finally got the money to finish my system.
I got a alpine cde124 head unit,
My 2 front speakers are 2 way coaxial alpines.
My 2 rears are Polk 3 ways dxi690.
My amp is Polk audio pa660. It puts out 75rms x 4
And I am not getting a sub. I'll be getting it installed Monday and hoping for the best. Oh and I did the alpine stuff at a earlier time so technically I'm finishing my system.

My sub's been sitting in my garage for a while now, because the oem trunk floor was so crappy that it bent and cracked under the weight of the sub

Yeah i've been looking at it the last few days, I need to buy a jigsaw tho... And have a whole day off from work, which doesnt happen too often lol. But yeah u guys are right, subs make the system a whole lot better. Mine is a kicker L7

you could just reinforce the stock one with a couple pieces of wood on the bottom then cover it with fabric the other way adds weight in your trunk.

True, but im not worried about performance right now. Its got the a1 with auto so oh well, maybe later if I ever save enough money for a k, then id put her on a diet. I actually just got her detailed today, for 40 bucks, i'll post some pix tomorrow
