Idk what subs will be adequate?!?
Idk what subs will be adequate?!?
Ive been using a memphis mcd500 amp for a few years now. I am using it to power two 12" memphis pr1 (the outdated style) but I keep cooking the voice coils..
I had 4 of the subs out of my gmc, so I just kept switching the wires to the next coil and replacing the subs as they go
not a pretty situation.
Ive decided to replace the subs with something capable of a little more power. the audio shop near me owes me $80 so im getting em there, but they only carry memphis, and rockford fosgate. Im not sure what to go with as far as fosgate, but im deff not goin back to memphis.
Soo.. Who has knowledge of what would be a good choice for fosgate. Must be 4ohms each, and my amp will push a definate 250 to each..
