Where and How to tap into an interior light fuse

I have installed a Spal power window kit into my 2002 Honda Civic Hx. It has a illuminated switch kit on it. That need a wire tapped into a power line for the interior lights (or head lights I guess).

Currently that wire is run to underneath my steering wheel and isn't too long, but I could extend it. So where is the best place to tap that into? Also how? Like I see all the fuse boxes and I can find one for the lights, but when I'm just looking at the top of the fuse box, I have no clue how to tie a wire into that.

Thanks.
