ECU Plugs and Engine wire harness

Ok so I looked thru the entire site and I couldnt find anything about the way the ECU hooks up to the wire harness.

I just got my Vtec engine harness, and my Vtec ECU. I went to to plug the wire harness up to the ECU and theres a plug missing. does the last plug come from the Engine wire Harness or somewhere else for the Vtec engines? I looked at my non Vtec harness and ecu and all the slots in the ECU are filled. Am I missing something?
Here's what it looks like.

Only thing I can think of is you have a 4-dr and got a 2-dr harness.

As you can see mine only has 3 plugs also but, in different slots (cause mine is a 2001 EX 2-dr and a 2003 is the year they switched the wiring- I think):

I'm really stumped right now as the harness charts show 5 plugs for all models, I'll have to do some more research

I thought it was the 04-05 that they changed all the wire harnesses? and the 01-03 were all the same. and I have a coupe. yours looks like mine thats in my car right now and its an 03. well besides the two empty slots yours has in the middle. Imma just take it to the shop thats suppose to drop my engine and see what they tell me. i'll post what they tell me afterwards
thanks though

I think connector C (3rd from the left) is for the automatic transmission. I went and looked at mine again and connector E (last from the left) runs to the top row of connectors in the front of the under-dash fusebox. It's like it's own separate harness.
