Just by RMS alone, the Kenwood offers 300W RMS, compared to the BOSS 250W RMS
And so far, Kenwood has nice amps.
Hard to say, when you havent listened to either of them

Re: Better of the two amps?
what kenwood subs are you going to be powering? That does matter. Both of the amps you posted up are monoblocks, so if you're going to be pushing 2 subs, you're only gonna get.. half of the wattage per sub? Someone fill in the blank.. It's been a while since I've looked at subs vs amp setups..
Re: Better of the two amps?
Are you dead set on these two amps? As others have said, neither are very good. I am partial to JL's G series amps. They are affordable and put out good clean power. As in most things, you get what you pay for man. Monoblock amps are just that, one channel. Most are rated for a 4 ohm load, or a two ohm load. I'd make sure you set yourself up for future expansion in the power department. For example, my sub amp puts out 600 wrms at 4 ohms, and i'm using a single 10" rated for 600 watts. at 2 ohms my amp delivers 1200 wrms, so if I decide to add another of the same sub, I can. Js.
And don't skimp on the wire!!!
