AM Radio does not work

Hi. I have a 2004 Civic EX Sedan and the AM does not work at all. I don't get any kind of reception on AM. Stations will not even come in fuzzy. It did work at one time, but now nothing. FM seems to work perfectly fine. I do have an XM Satelite radio hooked up to the car (external, not integrated) but I don't see what that would make a difference. Any advice? I would love to get my AM back. Thanks!

check to make sure that black antenna lead in the back of the stereo is still plugged in.

I got that same problem in my 02.. Only time I ever tried it was trying to listen to the pro bowl while on the road moving from WA back to Vegas. I never listen to AM otherwise so I never bothered to follow up on it.

I just figured the antenna system in our cars suck for AM reception.
