Somebody stole the stereo from my 2003 honda civic ex. It was an after market stereo. Another problem is that the keyless entry system stopped working. Everything was fine before this happened. The wires that connect the stereo to the dashboard are cut off right from the back of the stereo. It seems that cables are still long enough to connect another stereo. I accessed the internet and follow instruction on how to reprogram the keyless entry remote with no luck. What could had happened. How do I solve this problem? Please advise.

Check the "back up" fuse in the under hood box, maybe it blew.
