Fan switch sensor

My fans come on late, I just replaced the fan switch sensor they still come on late. I have enough coolant. Now what?

thermostat? should have started with that, cheaper than the thermoswitch I think...

Yea I was thinking it was that, but shouldnt the fans still kick on when they are supposed to with a bad thermostat?
