Does anybody know of a place that you can purchase a single din mounting bracket (if possible, one that enables me to keep the OEM pocket below), and the wiring harness online that ships to Canada?

I've checked the Future Shop near here and they want $30 for the bracket and $20 for the wiring harness so I think I can get it cheaper online... hopefully.

i went through this a couple years ago. i hate that lower open pocket that everyone has, and i wanted to keep my factory pocket as well. i am soooo happy i did. it looks 10 times better and its still useful and doesnt get filled with dirt and dust. it still also looks way nicer.

the combo posted above is about 50$ on ebay, or you can buy seperate.

Yeah, I ended up just buying the crappy thing that everyone else has...

I already have the HU installed, so I don't need the wiring harness anymore... but I really miss my door pocket thingy

Untuned, I checked and that dash kit you linked does not ship to Canada and I cannot find it on Amazon CA

oh that sucks. i just found one on nextag for 16$ but shipping to canada is another 20.

i guess you will just have to decide if its worth it or not. it would be if you hadnt bought that other one already, but i dont know, you have to decide. i just love that pocket and i wouldnt install that other kit if you paid me to, haha.
