2001 EX - Time For A New Battery

What do you guys recommend for a new battery? I have a system in my car and the lights dim a tad, but not nearly as much now that I upgraded the 3 electric grounds, anyways, people say those optima batteries are really good for car stereos but i hear lots of mixed reviews, so if anyone has any experience with a decent battery that will last let me know please links to autozone or websites would be nice, I want to replace battery before winter sets in.

Thanks,
Dustin

optima is a terrible battery for any car. stick with lead acid. if you want stock size that will fit in the tray and side holders, its a group51 size. i think the biggest they make has 500 cca which is better that the stock 420. thats what i use and the honda dealer carries them too. you can always go bigger too if you want to do custom install and get a new tiedown and box.

i also have the advance auto battery and have been happy with it. i've stayed away from Optima's based on user experience.
