Help with Possible Electrical Problem with 2001 Civic EX?

I have a 2001 Civic EX and am hoping someone can help me troubleshoot an issue that the mechanics I've been to can't figure out. First, I think it all stems from an electrical problem because I took it in before to fix the power locks, and the mechanic at Honda completely butchered it (my fault for taking it to the dealer). When I got it home, the interior of the car door they worked on fell off, then the power went out again, in both locks and windows. I took it back for it to be repaired and since then my car does the following:

1. Shutters when i drive, but usually doesn't turn off so I can keep driving
2. Shuts off occasionally when driving (mostly in stop-and-go traffic, but also when there is no traffic). I need to turn off the car, then turn it back on
3. All of lights come on and off while driving (SRS, ABS, engine, etc)
4. When the car shutters, it usually makes this faint screeching noise like sonar, radio turns off and then back on, and my a/c goes out then back on. The headlights shutter too when it's on

What some mechanics told me didn't help or didn't make sense:
1. Try using a different gas, like Chevron with Techron
2. Change transmission fluid (helped for a while but it all came back)
3. Reset my car's computer

I know it's a lot of things going on! Please help if you know what the issue might be so I can explain it better to the mechanic the next time I take it in. Thanks for any feedback =)
