Re: Ebay Projector Headlights

I have ebay lights.. the bulbs that came with them weren't that great I don't think.. I can't remember because i just switched them to hids. Hids in them look awesome. I'm pretty sure someone has said somethin about them on here before... So yea do a search man personally I love mine but I know ebay isn't the greatest across the board so do some researchin and see if there's particular types that have a tendency to fog up or whatever...

Re: Ebay Projector Headlights

I´m postin a pic of my car with my lights real quick too it´s an old pic lol...

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2991631

Night time this one's a little more recent... The hid's look pretty tight

I´ve gotten most of my exterior stuff with ebay and it all looks pretty good imo... The only complaint i have is that i order factory looking sideskirts and they weren´t real factory just factory look alikes so i have them on there and they don´t fit exactly right.. But front lip, rear lip, cf hood, rims all came from ebay...the only thing not was the grillcraft grills...

Re: Ebay Projector Headlights

i've had mine for 6 months now (from ebay) with no extra seal and i don't have any complaints other than the halos (which i didn't care much for anyways cuz they were blue), but one of them went out after like 4 months so i just unhooked the wires to them and i love them. i also changed the bulbs out but not to hids or anything just regular white halogens.

changing the bulb on them is the same as changing the bulbs on the oem headlights am i correct?

Re: Ebay Projector Headlights

if you get ones like the ones i got...i'd suggest changing bulbs before you put them on your car cuz it's pretty hard to get to them, especially the driver side one. but there's a screw on the back that you have to loosen and then move this wire and pull the bulb out, so it's a little different than stock.

Re: Ebay Projector Headlights

never had to seal mine... I would suggest the hids tho man the kit i got on ebay was only like 80 bucks and I got the one with the mini ballasts and theyre bright as hell... The headlights themselves were 2 hundred somethin... I guess if ur on a budget then just get the light. I don't remember what mine were just do a search on ebay motors. Like they said it's hit or miss tho my roomate bought some aftermarkets on ebay and they kinda fogged up until he put sealant on em but i never had to do that to mine...
