my good lord, the trunk for a sedan is HUGE!

so i gave my box away, saying it BARELY fits my coupe. we test it in the guys sedan, and i had like 4 inches of extra space all round!

the only dimention we share is teh length from the seats to the rear of teh trunk (36 inches? 38? something like that) otherwise, sedan owners have a HUGE amount of space more.

hey mowhawk, i dont know for sure, but do sedans have more air back there than coupes? makes sence, (family car) but the coupe is 12 cube trunk. what is the sedan? might just be the size of the trunk opening..............

Sedan works out to 14.2 cubes of cargo room.. add another 3.2 in the spare tire well[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG].. the sedans are worse for sound.. More moving parts..more flex.. more seals..

and can all be deadened, but 14 cubes? cant get that in a coupe, no matter what you do..... [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/IMG]

Either way the trunk opening is the same size[IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG].. Might have build part of you box in the trunk..I had to do this for someone once lol.

if its teh same size, it sure as hell is a different shape, cause we put the box that BARELY fit my coupe into the sedan, man, can you say "let me sliiiiiide right in..."
