Re: In-dash DVD/GPS

Ya, it's a single DIN, I've played with it before. You just have to make sure there's enough clearance with ***** and stuff that the screen part can extend down that far when installed. So you'll probably lose access to your CD pocket in the bottom DIN. But it seemed to work pretty good for me in the store I seen it in. Is there an extra adapter for GPS or is it built in?

Re: In-dash DVD/GPS

it'll be funny on a 7th gen. closing the screen means pressing air circulation, rear defrost, and air con.

You can't close the screen, it stays like that.

Re: In-dash DVD/GPS

Is the screen removable? It would be like a kid in a candy store if a thief saw that in your car while he was walking by.

How's the screen quality? This thing is only like $399.00 which seems cheap for all of the features.

What's the catch?

Re: In-dash DVD/GPS

The screen is removeable as far as what I have read. The GPS is preloaded in. As for quality, I'm not really sure. I've been checking around locally to see if I could check this out in person but I've come up dry so far. It also looks like it will only stick down about 1in into the bottom din so that really shouldn't be too much of a problem. Also, for $400 I too am alittle skeptical thats why I asked on here and I'm trying to see one.

Re: In-dash DVD/GPS

It has a SD card input so I would imagine that the maps could be uploaded. The gps function from the way it looks is identical to my parents MIO gps.

Hello,Looking at these In-dash DVD/GPS on Espow , can anyone tell me what the difference between these is :

http://www.espow.com/wholesale-gps-c...bluetooth.html

http://www.espow.com/wholesale-7-inch-in-dash-lcd-screen-1-din-car-dvd-player-pip-gps-tv.html

I see that one has a few more modes, is one simply and update of the other?

One of them is a 2-DIN and the other is 1-DIN

Most of the time I think 1-DIN's only fit...I maybe wrong
