Re: 2005 civic ex

Ok that problem solved, but I have another question. I am trying to do a XM install with a 5 volt hardwired power adapter, (http://www.myradiostore.com/power-ac...rware-tao.html, . How do I get power, by ignition switch, from the fuse box. Is there a componet that I need to buy?

Re: 2005 civic ex

just buy something like this:

http://www.apexbattery.com/female-ci...ger-leads.html

and tap into the backside of your cigarette lighter power. then use the power adapter that comes with the radio. you leave everything tucked in behind the panels, you don't see the power adapter, and the radio turns off when your car does. that's how i did my Roady XT.
