tachometer stuck at 2000 rpm

Anyone know how or why the tachometer is stuck at 2000 rpm?? It was working and then one day I noticed it not working. I pulled the fuse but nothing helped? Any clues or suggestions?? Thanks.

Do you have the aftermarket glow gauges or is it just stock?

You can probably just open up the cluster and gently put it back at the stop point.

something is probably wrong with the cluster...

all the gauge needles are controlled by small little stepper motors

i'd go to honda for this one. i've had this problem with mine before, only it was around 3400 ish. i don't know what they did, but they fixed it and didn't charge me
