Factory Deck+Amp..Please help

I did search and went through posts and couldn't find anything. I'm gonna be helping a friend hook up an amp through his factory deck. I've run a few systems but never like this. The amp has line level inputs. Do I just run the speaker wires into the Line Level inputs then out to the speakers??

Thanks for your help

You can do what I did... I didn't have to run wires from the HU. Instead, I cut the rear speaker wires, went to Radio Shack, bought me some cramping tools and the little speaker connectors and hooked it up to my amp. Bridged, the sucker and it hits pretty good... I had to run the remote power to my Cigarrete Lighter though... (I had an extra Adapter from my Neons that I had cut off, and wired directly to it, so I can disconnect the remote whenever I want). I'm going to be hooking that up behind my HU when I get a day off of work though cuz it looks ghetto...
