Rep Power: 0 How should I run this?
Ok, I just bought a Phoenix Gold xs4300 amp from a friend because it was a great deal, and I though it would power my new JL Audio vr600-cs component set well. The amp is rated at 12 x 4 into 4 ohms at 12.5 VDC, 35 x 4 into 4 ohms at 14.4VDC, and 150 x 2 into 4 ohms at 14.4 VDC. Now the componets recommended power range is 15-100 watts. 150 watts is going to be too much, isnt it? I dont believe the crossovers included with the components will allow me to bi-amp the set. Any suggestions? Oh, and I plan on running no rear fill, so this amp is only to power this speaker set.

Rep Power: 0 if the crossovers allow for Bi-Amping that's definately the way to go.. Otherwise.. bridge it to 150Wrms and just keep keep the gains low..your ears will blow before the speakers do.
