Show me your double-din HU
First post and yes I did a search. I just purchased an '02 LX Coupe for a 2nd daily driver. This car will see no mods but I do think the single-din HU looks rediculous. I searched on here and found very few actual pics of double-din HU's installed. So let's see your double-din pics and give me some opinions on a decent HU to buy.
With a little reading I think I decided I'll buy the '05 bezel so the unit will look OEM and will flush mount. Just need to decide which HU will work best and look best with it.

High rollers. I wasn't expecting touch screen and all but I haven't looked at HU's in probably 10 years so that might be the norm now.
Did any of you use the '05 SE bezel or did you use a mounting kit?

If you are getting a double DIN then all you need is the double DIN Trim which is basically a black rectangle piece of plastic. You will see if you look at my pictures. You don't need anything else. The center console is already fitted for double DIN.

Then why do people go with the '05 SE console piece? From what I've seen it just looks like it allows the HU to be recessed instead of flush.
