wtb: rear speaker adapter; coupe
so i have a 02 coupe. i'm wanting to install some 6" woofers into the rear deck where the 6x9's are located. does anyone know where i might find an adapter plate? i installed some cheap bostons and they melted. i've got some much better speakers, but i need an adapter. otherwise i might have to mount in the grab pannels. let me know what you think...

So you have free-air 6" subs? By who?
E-Bay should have them or you can for sure make one out of MDF board. Tang Band makes a real good 6x9 sub that can be bought at PartsExpress.Com. I wouldn't try to get my bass from there though! Just buy a single 10 or 12 and fill your openings with something.
